1. Agreement to terms

By accessing or using NettMovies at https://nettmovies.com (“Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. What the Service is

NettMovies helps you discover movies and TV series, browse information and artwork, save titles to your watchlist, and in some cases open links or embedded players operated by third parties. We may add features such as recommendations, mood or genre browsing, search, and other tools—including automated or AI-assisted suggestions—to help you find content. The Service is for personal, non-commercial entertainment unless we agree otherwise in writing.

We do not host video files on our servers for third-party streams. Playback, when available, uses embedded players or links to third-party services, which have their own terms and policies.

3. Fees and payment

Parts of the Service may be free today. We reserve the right to introduce or change paid plans, subscriptions, or one-time fees for some or all features in the future. If we do, we will describe the price, billing cycle, and what is included before you are charged, and we will obtain your consent where required by law.

Fees may be stated excluding taxes; applicable taxes may be added at checkout. We may change prices or fee structures with reasonable advance notice (for example by email, in-app message, or a notice on the site). If you do not accept a change, you may cancel before it takes effect where cancellation is available. Refunds, if any, are handled as described at the time of purchase or as required by applicable consumer law.

4. Catalog, listings, and our right to change or remove content

Information about movies and TV shows (titles, descriptions, posters, availability notes, and similar) comes from third-party sources, algorithms, and our own editorial choices. We may add, edit, hide, or remove any title, listing, category, link, or feature at any time, for any reason—including licensing limits, accuracy, legal requests, business priorities, or technical issues. Nothing on the Service is a guarantee that a particular title will remain listed, remain available to watch elsewhere, or match what you remember from a previous visit.

If we offer paid access, payment relates to use of NettMovies and its features, not to a permanent right to any specific third-party title or stream.

5. Accounts

If you register or sign in, you are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and not impersonate others. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, fail to pay when required, or harm the Service or other users.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service in violation of law or third-party rights;
• Attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our systems, or bypass security or access controls;
• Scrape, harvest, or automate access in a way that overloads or interferes with the Service;
• Misuse automated or AI-assisted features to generate unlawful, harmful, or abusive content;
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code except where applicable law expressly permits.

7. Content and intellectual property

Text, graphics, and software that we own are protected by intellectual property laws. Plot summaries, posters, cast lists, and related metadata may come from third parties (including The Movie Database) under their licenses. NettMovies is not endorsed by The Movie Database. You may not remove attribution or marks where required by those licensors.

8. Third-party services and playback

Links and embedded players may take you to services operated by others. Their terms and privacy policies apply. We do not host video files for those streams on our infrastructure. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, quality, or legality of third-party content, players, or advertising.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. Automated or AI-assisted recommendations and search results are for convenience only and may be incomplete or inaccurate.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, NettMovies AND ITS OPERATORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) FIFTY U.S. DOLLARS (USD $50), IF YOU HAVE NOT PAID US ANYTHING.

11. Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify us against claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your misuse of the Service or violation of these terms, to the extent permitted by law.

12. Changes to the Service or these terms

We may modify these terms or the Service (including free and paid features). We will post updated terms with a new “Last updated” date. Material changes may be communicated through the site or your account. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance, except where applicable law requires a different process for paid subscriptions.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator of the Service, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Courts in that jurisdiction have exclusive venue, unless mandatory consumer protections in your country require otherwise.
